- Land should be a minimum of 20,000 square feet
- Currently open sites must have a minimum convenience store square footage of 2,000 or have available land to rebuild store to meet standards
- Zoning must be commercial
Site plans, photos and aerial photos are very helpful in evaluating potential locations for purchase. The Submit a Site form provides you with the ability to provide these documents with your submission.
